The food is the material consisting essentially of protein, carbohydrate, and fat used in the body of an organism to sustain growth, repair, and vital processes and to furnish energy, also: such food together with supplementary substances (such as minerals, vitamins, and condiments). Most food has its origin in plants. Some food is obtained directly from plants; but even animals that are used as food sources are raised by feeding them food derived from plants.

Fast food is not healthy, that originate from the street, are not prepared meals at home.
